One of Scotland's favourite book and arts events, the Nairn Book & Arts Festival prides itself on celebrating Highland culture and history, with an emphasis on Gaelic culture. The programmes are always broad reaching with appeal for tourists from the UK and overseas as well as our local audience.

This year's festival takes place from 10th to 15th September and offers a lively, rich and varied programme with something for everyone.

2020VISION's latest short film, commissioned by the Scottish Government for the Year of Natural Scotland, showcases Scotland's stunning wildlife and beautiful natural habitats, and introduces the concept of 'ecosystem thinking' and why we need to work together to protect Scotland's nature.
